Our services include, but are not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, organization solutions, and general handyman work.

2. Service Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, property condition, and any additional services requested. We will communicate any changes in pricing before proceeding with additional work.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept the payment methods specified at the time of booking. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

We take pride in our work and strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, which may include re-performing the service at no additional charge.

7. Liability and Limitations

While we take every precaution to perform our services with care, RJS Property Solutions, LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property, surfaces, or items
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, defective materials, or improper prior installations
  • Loss or damage to unsecured valuables or personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Insurance

RJS Property Solutions, LLC maintains appropriate business insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request. Any claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
