Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with everything needed to complete the job. You don’t need to provide any products, tools, or supplies.
Yes. We stand behind every deep clean we perform. To ensure we can make things right if needed, we ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice if they have any concerns, and that a walkthrough is completed with our team at the end of every deep cleaning appointment. The walkthrough gives you the opportunity to review our work on the spot so we can address anything before we leave. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want every client to feel completely confident in the results before we go.
We offer several optional add-on services that can be included in any cleaning appointment upon request. Current add-ons include interior appliance cleaning, stovetop hood cleaning, linen bed refresh, and our Tidy Up service for families with young children who need help with organization and putting things away. Simply let us know when booking and we’ll customize your appointment accordingly. HOUSE CLEANING QUESTIONS

What is included in a standard house cleaning?
A standard residential cleaning includes dusting all surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping down countertops and the exterior of appliances, and tidying common areas. Please note that interior appliance cleaning — including the microwave, refrigerator, oven, and stovetop hood — is not included in our standard cleaning but is available as an add-on service upon request.
A standard clean covers the regularly maintained areas of your home. A deep clean is a top-to-bottom, detail-oriented service that tackles areas often missed in routine cleaning — baseboards, light fixtures, cabinet interiors, window sills, and more. We recommend a deep clean for first-time customers or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while.
Yes, and we strongly encourage it. At the end of every deep cleaning appointment, we conduct a walkthrough with you so you can review our work firsthand. This is your chance to point out anything you’d like us to touch up before we leave. It’s one of the ways we ensure every client walks away completely satisfied with the results.
Please be advised that interior appliance cleaning — including the microwave, refrigerator, oven, and stovetop hood — is not included in our standard or deep cleaning services. Hoods can accumulate significant grease and buildup over time, so this is a great addition to any deep clean, move-out clean, or Realtor Ready appointment. Just let us know when scheduling and we’ll add it to your service.
That depends on the size of your household and your lifestyle. Most homeowners find that a weekly or bi-weekly recurring cleaning keeps their home consistently clean and manageable. We also offer monthly deep cleans for those who prefer less frequent service.
Not at all. Many of our clients prefer to be away during their cleaning. However, for deep cleaning appointments, we do ask that someone is available at the end of the visit to complete a walkthrough with our team. This ensures you’re fully satisfied with the results before we leave.
We ask that you tidy up clutter before we arrive so our team can focus on actually cleaning rather than organizing. The more accessible surfaces and floors are, the more thorough a job we can do for you. If you’d prefer to leave the tidying to us as well, simply add our Tidy Up service to your appointment and we’ll handle everything from start to finish.

Do you offer any services specifically for families with young children?
Yes. We offer a Tidy Up service designed specifically for busy families with young children who need a helping hand with organization and putting things away. We know that keeping up with the daily chaos of family life isn’t always easy, and sometimes you just need someone to help restore order before the real cleaning can begin. Our Tidy Up service is the perfect solution for families who want a consistently organized, manageable home without the stress of doing it all themselves.
Our Tidy Up service focuses on organization and tidying rather than deep cleaning. This includes picking up and putting away toys, books, and everyday items, organizing common areas, and helping restore a sense of order throughout the home. It can be booked as a standalone service or added on to any standard or deep cleaning appointment for a complete top-to-bottom result.
Absolutely. In fact, pairing our Tidy Up service with a standard or deep cleaning appointment is one of the most popular options for families with young children. We tidy and organize first, then clean — so nothing gets missed and every surface is fully accessible. It’s a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.
As often as you need it. Many families with young children schedule a Tidy Up on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to keep their home consistently organized between deeper cleans. We’re happy to build a recurring schedule that works around your family’s routine.

MOVE-IN & MOVE-OUT CLEANING QUESTIONS

What is included in a move-out cleaning?

Our move-out cleaning is a comprehensive deep clean of the entire home. We scrub bathrooms top to bottom, wipe down all surfaces, baseboards, light fixtures and trim, empty and detail cabinets and closets, clean the exterior of all appliances, and vacuum and mop all floors. The goal is to leave the property in pristine condition for the next occupant or for your landlord’s inspection. Please note that interior appliance cleaning — including the microwave, refrigerator, oven, and stovetop hood — is not included in our standard move-out clean but is available as an add-on service upon request.

Yes. A Realtor Ready cleaning is a deep cleaning service, so we always complete a walkthrough at the end of the appointment. What types of events do you clean after?

We provide post event cleaning for a wide range of occasions including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, holiday gatherings, backyard parties, and venue rentals. If it made a mess, we can clean it up

We offer same-day and next-day post event cleaning depending on availability. For large events or venues, we recommend booking in advance so we can ensure the right team size and timing for your needs

Do you offer Airbnb turnover cleaning?

Yes. We specialize in Airbnb and short-term rental turnover cleaning throughout Western Pennsylvania. We clean, reset, and prepare your property between guests so it’s always guest-ready and five-star worthy.

A standard turnover clean includes cleaning all bathrooms and kitchens, changing and making beds with fresh linens, vacuuming and mopping all floors, wiping down all surfaces and appliance exteriors, restocking essentials if provided, removing trash, and doing a full walkthrough to make sure everything is guest-ready before the next check-in. Please note that interior appliance cleaning and stovetop hood cleaning are not included in a standard turnover but are available as add-on services upon request. A linen bed refresh is also available as an add-on for hosts who want fresh, neatly presented beds for every incoming guest
